Eva T's Austere Workout (Modified):
2 Rounds For Time Of:
10 Sandbag Cleans to Shoulder (5 each shoulder)
20 Rope Pull-Ups (or L-Pull-Ups)
10 Turkish Get-Ups plus 2 KB Snatches (5 each side)
Run/Row 400m (one round of each)
