Better Body Challenge Day 18

Skill
Handstand Pushups (strict and kipping)
then three attempts to find max standing broad jump.

WOD
4 Rounds for time:
100m farmers carry (2pd/1.5)
8 Power Cleans (155/105) (Use 65%+ for scale)
250m sprint with plate (45/25)
8 Power Cleans

*250m sprint is uphill to stop sign and back.
