What is Crossfit? It's what I do to make sure I come home from work and not become another firefighter fatality. It's also my Zen in some sick, twisted way.
Workout music of choice: Hard Rock with a sprinkle of Eminem. Nothing like pounding out Fran with Slipknot blasting through the speakers.

What is Crossfit? One of the most addicting ways to get strong, fast, and lean… all in one shot. It doesn’t even feel like working out anymore. You’ll see the Crossfit Games on ESPN one day, I promise.
Time Crossfitting: Close to four years.
Workout music of choice: Solo WOD... Dubstep or Rap. Group WOD...Loud, Heavy, Angry stuff. Heavy WOD...gimme some country.

What is Crossfit?
A place that people walk into everyday and achieve goals. Not all life
