For Time:
100 Air Squats
5 Muscle-Ups
75 Air Squats
10 Muscle-Ups
50 Air Squats
15 Muscle-Ups
25 Air Squats
20 Muscle-Ups
Scale Reps and/or partition as needed. For example, it is a total of 250 air squats and 50 muscle-ups. Ideally, we want to keep the spirit of a hero WOD and do it in the appropriate order. But, you could partition it into 5 sets of 50 squats and 10 muscle-ups for a total of 250 and 50.
I forgot to write down my time, but I know I was pushing 25". This KILLED my legs...I think I had been a little scarce before coming back, and I payed for not scaling this. Lesson learned.
