Option 1:
As many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
400m Run or 500m Row
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 GHD Sit-ups
Accumilate 30 seconds of L-sit holds.
Option 2:
"Satan's Whiskers"
3 Rounds for time of:
10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
10 Front Squats (155/105)
10 Burpees
Scale as needed.
