5 Muscle-Ups (rings or bar)
12 reps 135lb Sumo-deadlift high pull
(The Muscle-ups can be scaled with: Jumping MU's with rings/bar atleast 6 inches above head; 3x Pullup/Dip; 3x "pins-and-doubts" using paralletes)
Then, immediately cash out with:
Back Squat
3-3-3-3-3 @ 110% of Bodyweight
