Skill:
Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
*Each rep should be HEAVY. Work your way up to a good weight, and start your 1's, increasing weight each time. If your not close to failing on the last 1, do another rep.
WOD:
Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:
10 OH Squats (50% 1RM)
200m run
