Oly: Work up to heavy Snatch, then 4 heavy set of : Power clean + Hang squat clean + Squat clean; Endurance: Run 5 x 800m , 90 sec rest. Row 5 x 1000m, 90 sec rest. Don’t slow more than 5 sec/interval; Gymnastics: 10 Legless rope climbs, 20 skin the cats on rings, 30 pistols (each leg)
