We'll be extending Open gym hours this Sunday from 10am-2pm. We'll see how the response is and possibly make adjustments to allow for more time in the following weeks.
Remember to reach out for support during this 30 days. We're on Facebook and available by phone and email. Reach out to other athletes and get some ideas and motivation. February 4th throwdown at Hershey isn't far away. This will be a good experience for athletes looking to get into the competitive atmosphere.
