For rounds (10 minute time cap):
50/75/100 pullups
*Pick your goal, and complete in as little rounds as possible. Any grip is allowed.
WOD
"Death by 10 meters"
With a running clock you will perform 1 ten meter sprint on the first minute, two ten meter sprints on the second minute, etc. until you can no longer complete the required number within that minute.
