Olympic Lifting Class
Dan will be instructing an Olympic Lifting class TONIGHT at 5:30PM.
Upon request of an Oly specific class, he will be coaching this every Tuesday at 5:30PM for the month of October. (Schedule subject to change.) This is not a one time 'clinic'; it will be an ongoing course strictly working on Olympic Lifts and strength building.
