FINALLY.... YOGA with Kara Shiffer!
We've had countless requests for a yoga class with Kara, please join us at the box on Saturday, October 20th, at 12:30pm for an hour session. A class will be available on ZP closer to date.
(And unless you like doing yoga on turf, you'll want to bring your yoga mat!)
