After making the first rep, I failed on the second rep at 185# on my last set.
ReplyDeleteI can't remember my time for the WOD...either 14" or 17" and change. Had a bad day (bar rolling while doing burpees, no clips so the weights slid while doing bear complex). Regardless, I pushed through while swearing through my teeth. I'll get it next time.
