I did a half marathon today. My first 8 miles were the fastest I've ever run. I attribute this to the WODs I've been doing. Thanks guys for running the box the way you do. It affords me the oppirtunity to push myself in a way I couldn't during my last marathon training. This is the first time I've felt in shape in years.
