This Saturday at the 10am and 11am class we will host the http://31heroes.com/ WOD. Please go visit the Website, and give a donation (get a tshirt) for this cause. All proceeds will go towards the families of the 31 hero's that died August 6th 2011.
Check out the WOD, it's pretty killer. Its a partner WOD, which will be a good starting point for the Hopper programming starting next week.
