A.  Endurance:  Run or Row 2 x 5 min, 2 min rest then 5 x 1 min, 30 sec rest
B. Olympic Lifting:  1. Hang Clean + Clean, 5×1 at 85%, 2. Rack jerks, 5×2 at 85%, 3.Front Squat, 5×2 at 85%
C.  Gymnastic:  3 muscle-ups on the min for 10 mins.
