WOD
"Painstorm"
In 20 minutes, using 155/105, accumulate as many points as possible using the following schedule:
Snatch = 10 points
Thruster = 5 points
Ground to OH = 4 points
Squat Clean = 3 points
Deadlift = 1 point
(Use one load throughout the entire WOD. Scale as necessary, but No scaling during WOD.) Have fun.
