We had tons of requests to move the 80's WOD to another date.  We're going to postpone it until after Thanksgiving.  Sorry to Weller, I know he already had his cut off jeans shorts out and ready to go.

Normal class times for Friday.



WOD

Complete 4 rounds:
5 Deadlifts @ body weight
100 meter shuttle run
5 Deadlifts @ body weight
100 meter shuttle run

*Rest 30 seconds between efforts
*For shutle run, set a mark at 50 meters. Sprint to the mark, touch and sprint back.
