 NOTE THE FULL HIP, KNEE, AND ANKLE EXTENSION on KEVIN HERE (TRIPLE EXTENSION). NICE!! AND THE GOOD OVERHEAD FINISH BY MIKE.

MOST INSPIRING THING I'VE SEEN IN AWHILE. WAY TO GUT THIS ONE OUT KRISTEN! DOING ASSISTED TURKISH-GET-UPS HERE. 56 MINUTES OF CHALLENGING WORK....AND SHE NEVER QUIT!
