(If you use bands for assistance on pull-ups, attempt to use a thinner band, which will only allow you to do the number of reps above.)
Then For Time:
30-25-20-15-10 reps of:
Burpees
Box Jumps (24")
Toes to Bar
Weighted pull-ups were done after WOD and I cut them short to help coach. I didn't have much left, anyway. I think I used a 15# dumbbell to start, and realized that might have been too much. Stayed there until 6, then went up to a 20#.
