10 Ball Slams (20lb./14lb.)
1 Turkish Get-Up Each Arm (1.5pood/1.0/.5)
Rest As Needed Between Rounds.

Can we just call it 12 rounds instead of 4 rounds of 3 cycles? I could see this getting too confusing mid-WOD.
