* Sumo Deadlifts are deadlifts performed with a wide ("Sumo") stance.
10AM: "Tyler"
5 Rounds For Time Of:
7 Muscle-Ups
21 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95lb./65lb.)
* Scale muscle-ups and SDHP load as needed.
11AM: 2 Mile Run For Time
* Every 800m of the run, perform:
20 pulls on the rower
10 2-pushup burpees
10 KB Swings
