1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
- Run 150m
- Athletes choose weight ( 70-80% 3rm)
-13 Burpee penelty for rounds not completed under the 90 seconds done after WOD
- Example 1 deadlift run 150m rest the remainder of the 90 seconds, then 2 deadlifts, run 150m, rest remainder of 90 second round….. up to 10
