We have a couple athletes going to an Olympic Lifting meet on May 5-6.
Including: Hobbit, Cara, Jamie, Healy, and myself.

-The Back squat cycle is going great so far. Remember that your recovery is equally important.
-Due to the Holiday weekend, we've had requests to move the City Island WOD back another week. Don't worry, it WILL happen, and it will be epic.
