Come in this Sunday from 10am-2pm during Open Gym to talk to Paul about any mobility issues or concerns.  He'll run you through an individual or group screening to try an pinpoint any issues.

*1=80% of 1RM, 10=70%, 20=60%, 30=50%.  Make sure to hit depth on every squat.  Unbroken means not racking/dropping the bar.
