We tested out the amount of effort you guys put in at the gym this month and saw tons of significant WOD time decreases, now it's time to see how much effort everyone put into nutrition!
Weekend Schedule:
Friday: 6pm class WILL OPERATE AS SCHEDULED.
Saturday: All Classes will operate as scheduled.
Sunday: NO OPEN GYM. Hope to see all of you down at CrossFit BWI either competing or supporting fellow athletes!
