Team of two:
Each section is broken down into 5 minutes.  You will begin a cycle with a 600m team run.  Upon return, do as many reps of the movement as possible within the 5 minute time frame.  
0-5: Box Jumps
5-10: V-Ups
10-15. Pullups
15-20: Deadlift
20-25: Push Ups
