    What is Crossfit?  It's what I do to make sure I come home from work and not become another firefighter fatality.  It's also my Zen in some sick, twisted way.
    Workout music of choice:  Hard Rock with a sprinkle of Eminem. Nothing like pounding out Fran with Slipknot blasting through the speakers.

      Favorite WOD: I heart muscle-ups and gymnastics, also, anything with Olympic lifting.  The Snatch is addicting.  Wait… that came out wrong.

      Least Favorite WOD:  Anything that involves over 1k meters of the C2 rower in one shot.  Also thrusters... thanks Coach Glassman.

      What is Crossfit? One of the most addicting ways to get strong, fast, and lean… all in one shot.  It doesn’t even feel like working out anymore.  You’ll see the Crossfit Games on ESPN one day, I promise.

      Time Crossfitting: Close to four years.

      Workout music of choice: Solo WOD... Dubstep or Rap.  Group WOD...Loud, Heavy, Angry stuff.  Heavy WOD...gimme some country.

      Favorite WOD: Fran! Short, sweet, and to the point. Love any type of squat.

      Least Favorite WOD: Ring dips make me miserable..particularly Elizabeth. I avoid jerks at all cost, besides Dan that is!
      Time Crossfitting: 1 and a half years with CrossFit 717.

      What is Crossfit?  A place that people walk into everyday and achieve goals. Not all life successes come quick and easy; working hard at Crossfit and seeing positive results made me realize that if I give 100% to anything I will succeed.

      Workout music of choice:  Sean Paul!! Rarely get to workout to Sean Paul because most people think it's "only for dancing".

      What is Crossfit? A chance to push yourself harder than you think possible while being a part of one of the greatest communities in the world.

      What is Crossfit? A community of people that are about improving themselves and their lives.  It is an amazing site to see a person that is just trying to make daily life easier with a top level professional athlete working side by side to get through the same struggle.

      Time Crossfitting: Over three years. Spring 2009-Fall 2010- Crossfitting by myself.  Fall 2010-Present with Crossfit 717.

      Workout music of choice: Rap like Jay-Z or Lil Scrappy or Rock like 30 Seconds to Mars or Linkin Park.

      What is Crossfit?: It is an addicting strength and conditioning program that pushes you further than you ever thought was possible, mentally and physically. Also, surrounding you with a great community of like-minded individuals who like to stay fit.

      Workout music of choice: There is nothing like some angry Eminem to get you going before a WOD or some Kanye West and Jay Z. Just make sure it's turned up the whole way.

      What is Crossfit to me:  Being a professional coach, I started Crossfit because it is different combination of exercises and skills.  The workouts vary daily, never gets boring and is always challenging.

      Time Crossfitting:  Early 2011.

      Workout music of choice:  Anything, just as long as it is LOUD.  That way I can’t hear myself whine.

      Qualifications and Achievements:           
                      -Head Swimming Coach Northern York Aquatic Club and Northern York High School
                      -All-American swimmer at Clarion University of Pennsylvania
                      -Coached 17 swimmers earning 30 All-American awards and 5 swimmers qualified for US Olympics Trials.
