~Classes are approx 1 hr each and include warm-up, skill training/practice, and workout.
~Entry to Classes requires that you graduate the Beginner Program or Pass a Coach's Evaluation
Drop in Visitors from another Crossfit Affiliate: $20/class
If you'd like to drop in, no problem, just go onto the "schedule" page, and pick the class you'd like to drop into. We expect that 1) you belong to another affiliate and 2) have been through a beginner/on-ramp program. If not, please contact us by email prior signing up so we can discuss.
-CrossFit 717 does not compete on cost, we compete on quality. Quality coaching, quality training, quality customer service, quality PERIOD.
-We provide training by a staff with experience and a knowledge base that is extensive, and unrivaled by anyone in the area. Plus, we are good people, love training, and love to make it fun.
-We are confident you will not find equal knowledge, experience, and passion at other places. We have taken the best part of private training, which is the personalized attention / coaching with the best part of a group class, which is the energy and the motivation, into one program.
Our membership is not just a plastic card that gives you access to our gym and the equipment. Our membership comes with the support of our coaches along with our wonderful community that will teach you, guide you, and motivate you in helping you reach your goals.
