Deadlifts: 2 reps every minute for 10 min.  (use 80-90% 1RM)

then

3 rounds for time of:
20 KB swings (53/35)
5 KB Squat clean, L arm
5 KB overhead press, L arm
5 KB Squat clean, R arm
5 KB overhead press, R arm
