WOD

For Time:

Perform 2 Rope Ascents and 5 Tire Flips.

Then:
15 Power Cleans (60% BW)
15 Burpees
1 Stop Sign Sprint
10 Power cleans (80% BW)
10 Burpees
1 Stop Sign Sprint
5 Power Cleans (110%BW)
5 Burpees
1 Stop Sign Sprint



Scale Percentages as Needed. You want to add weight to the cleans each cycle. Sub 250m Row for run as needed.

    105, 145, 155

    This was a bit of a cluster. Would have finished more quickly, but
    I had to wait for a tire when finished with the rope climb. I also used the smaller tire because it was open. Tried to do my last round at 175, but failed and dropped to 155. Better next time, I hope.
