Skill/Strength

After WOD
Prowler Push, 25m there and back, 6 rounds  (270/180)
rest as needed between rounds

WOD

Done in Tabata Format (8 cycles of each execise, 20 sec of work, followed by 10 sec of rest)

Tire Flips
Supine ring pull-ups
TGU sit-ups
Ring Pushups

*Supine ring pullups will be done face up with feet resting on box.
*Switch arm every cycle for the TGU Sit-up
