Skill/Strength

Weighted Pullups or Muscle-ups.  Athlete will choose one or the other, the reps, and load (if desired).  On the Minute for 15 minutes.  ex: 2 MU's on the minute wearing a 20 lb vest.  Or, 5 Pullups on the minute with dumbell between feet...

WOD

3 rounds for time of:
400m Run
21 KB swings
14 C2B Pullups
7 Hand-release Push-ups
