Every 30 seconds
Perform 1 Power Clean & Jerk every 30 seconds for 10 minutes.
*Use 75-80% of 1 RM

WOD

Complete 6 rounds for time:
3 Push Presses @ 75% of 1 RM
10 Alternating Lateral Ball Slams
1 Rope Climb

*For alternating lateral ball slams, face straight ahead, rotate at your torso to slam the ball on your side. Alternate every rep for 10 total, 5 right, 5 left.
