For Time:
1K Row: Perform 15 pulls on the C2 Rower. After every 15 pulls perform 10 burpees. Get to 1K as fast as possible.
Then 60 Push Press (95lb.). Perform 10 Box Jumps (24/20) whenever you rest.

Great team WOD today! Everybody cranked it out. Burpee box jumps...nice to meet you. The only bummer about the WOD was Jason getting hurt. We all hope you heal soon bud. So, "Team Awesome" became "Team All-By-Myself". :) 31:50.

Last book I read was "Practical Programming for Strength Training" by Mark Rippetoe and Lon Kilgore. Solid read, you can definitely tell why CrossFit incorporates Mark Rippeto's approach to strength training into it's curriculum. If you ever want some more insight into how to improve your power lifts (press, back squat, DL, bench), I highly recommend you read "Practical Programming" and their other book, "Starting Strength".
