  2. Yes, I see what you mean. Immediately after the WOD I wanted to go home, grab a beer, and watch "The Man Show". Actually, is that show still on (I may be showing how long it's been since I watched TV consistently)?

    On the beer topic, I just found out there's a new show on Discovery Channel tonight at 10pm - "Brew Master's". It's ok - beer's Paleo right?

  3. I actually just read the part on beer in "The Paleo Diet" and according to the book, beer's good to go. It says "in moderation," but that's a pretty subjective term... so I basically interpret that as the green-light to knock back some brews.
