For Time:

1-Power clean (135)
2-Push Jerks (135)
3-Deadlfts (135)
4-Handstand Push-ups
5-Ring Dips
6-Pull-ups
7-Burpees
8-KB Swings (1.5 pood)
9-Sit-ups
10-Box jumps (24")
11-Sumo Deadlft High Pulls (95)
12-Thrusters (95)

Done just like the song, start with 1 PC, then 2 PJ-1 PC, 3 DL-2 PJ-1 PC, 4 HSPU-3 DL-2 PJ-1 PC, etc.

    Subbed 95# for the PC/PJ/DL after 10th round, and scaled HSPUs. Used 55# for the thrusters.

    Apparently, I didn't eat my Wheaties today (and the Chia seeds certainly didn't deliver). I'll get it next Christmas...
