Work up to 3RM of the following in any order:

Bench Press
Snatch Grip Deadlift

Should reach your 3RM with 7-8 sets.

Then:
Tabata Calorie Row (accumulate as many calories as possible)

    I like heavy days because it gives my body a little extra time to heal up. Did some extra stretching tonight because my left knee has been aching. Feeling better now. Wanted to go heavier on the DLs, but my form was breaking down, so it'll have to wait. Rowing was radical...radical.
