Don't forget to come out for the 5:30 team WOD Friday (which will be a blast, and the coaches will be doing the WOD with everyone!), after which we will all go to Appalachian Brewing Company on the Carlisle Pike in Camp Hill to celebrate victory, or wallow in defeat, or just soothe the aches and pains from a great workout.
