WOD

Row 2K for time.

Rest 2-3 minutes.

Then AMRAP 12 minutes:

10 Bent Over Rows (10RM weight)
10 Bench Press (Same weight as used in Bent Over Row)

If the bench press is much easier for you than the rows (i.e you can complete more of the bench press sets unbroken than the rows) using the prescribed weight, perform an extra 30 Bent Over Rows at end of WOD.

    Today:
    Row in 7:49
    7 Rounds + 7BP in 12" using 115#

    It was pretty evident my legs were still gassed from Saturday's WOD and hike through the woods, but I managed a decent time on the row. Could have done better if fully rested.

    I thought 115# seemed light for the 12" AMRAP, but after three or four rounds my muscles started to fail three or four reps in, so I'm glad I erred on the side of caution.

    Overall a fantastic workout. And, it's nice to finally have heat at 717...hooray!

  3. Nice Job Scott! And thanks for your patience (and everyone's patience) as we worked on getting heat in there. I know as CrossFitters we like to think that we can overcome that and it won't stop us from going hard, but let's be honest....heat is nice!

    8 Rounds + 7 BP @ 155

    Fastest 2K in a while (helps when you have Kelly pacing you). Guess I helped pace him in the AMRAP.

    Yes thanks for everyone's patience with the heat thing. Doors are now insulated as well & the 2nd climbing rope is up!!
