Perform 5x5 Weighted Step-Ups onto a box (24/20/12in. box options). 5 reps = 5 reps on each leg.
Use BW/75%BW/50%BW/25%BW load options. Load should feel moderately heavy.
Rest 3-5 Minutes
Then 5 Rounds For Time Of:
6 Ring Dips
9 SDHP (95/75/65)
12 L-Sits (Rings or Pull-Up Bars. Try to be strict- no kip.)
