WOD

AMRAP 15 Minutes

8 Bent Over Rows (10RM load)
12 Wall Ball Shots (20lb./14lb.)
16 Toes To Bar

Attempt to achieve 2 squats for each wall ball shot.

Rest/Stretch for 3-5 minutes. Then:

Run max distance in 8 minutes (this is where it will be helpful to have your own watch).
Boggs hitting a deep squat
