WOD

Squat or Power Cleans
10-8-6-4-2

Rest/Stretch 3-5 Minutes

Then 3 Rounds For Time Of:

5 Reps of Bear Complex (50% or above 2RM)
10 Burpees (jumping over your bar)
400m Run
The infamous pull-up queen... Ms. Kara

Box jumps...? nice. let's make them taller.

  1. After making the first rep, I failed on the second rep at 185# on my last set.

    I can't remember my time for the WOD...either 14" or 17" and change. Had a bad day (bar rolling while doing burpees, no clips so the weights slid while doing bear complex). Regardless, I pushed through while swearing through my teeth. I'll get it next time.
