TGU back to ground
TGU R into standing
Windmill R
KB Power Clean R
Front Squat R
KB Swing R
10 2-hand KB Swings

"Jack"
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
10 Push Presses @ 115
10 KB swings      @ 2/1.5 pd
10 Box Jumps     @ 30/24/20

If anyone knows a thing or two about One-arm KB action, it's this guy.
