Current members- Please remember to sign up on Zenplanner.  You are allowed to bring one family member free of charge on Thanksgiving.

Visiting Crossfitters- Please email us prior to dropping in.  Include your experience level with Crossfit and the class time you would like to attend.  Drop in fee applies.


You may have seen it coming, or maybe not.  Crossfit 717 would like to honor the Men and Women who have and who are right now serving overseas.  There are many that can't be with us on this day filled with friends, family, and food.  They were called to duty, and are serving a higher purpose.  When thinking about what we're thankful for today, remember them.

"In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

This workout was one of Mike's favorites and he'd named it "Body Armor". From here on it will be referred to as "Murph" in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it,"
