Mike making his first (well, third so we could get a video) muscle up look easy!! Checked off one of his goals 11 months early!


Skill/Strength
5x5  Bent over row @ 1RM Strict Press

5x2 Turkish Getups @s heavy as possible (1 each arm)

WOD
EMOM 10:
-For the first 5 minutes, 20 double-unders + Max Effort set of pullups will be performed each minute on the minute.
~Rest two minutes~
-Repeat
