“Flippin’ Angie”

For Time:


5 Tire Flips
100 Pull-Ups
5 Tire Flips
100 Push-Ups
5 Tire Flips
100 Sit-ups
5 Tire Flips
100 Squats

Must complete each exercise before moving to next, but can be done in any order. Do tire flips in teams if cannot be done alone.
