  2. 1.5 pood KB one-arm clean & jerk (KBs and DBs don't get any heavier, but 1.5 pood wasnt exactly lightweight)
    135# side squat (weird to explain, you just had to be there)
    240 one-arm DUs (also strange-looking and weird to explain)

  3. Hahaha, Hudson. You are going to be lop-sided after your shoulder heals....

    Had a decent workout myself but the right knee started to swell again. Good thing Army PT isn't as hard as the WOD's in the box are.....lol
